I want an app called Handoff that acts like a copilot sitting next to me while I work customer support tickets — a calm, professional light interface with a white and stone background, hairline borders, and a single violet accent so it never feels flashy. Lay it out in three columns: a queue on the left showing each customer's name, subject line, status, and how long they've been waiting; the open conversation in the middle with the full message thread and a reply box; and a right-hand panel with the customer's plan, account age, and recent orders or tickets, plus a knowledge-base tab showing the article snippets that back up whatever the AI is suggesting. Seed it with six realistic tickets — a duplicate charge, a refund that's taking too long, a 2FA lockout, a lost shipment, a confusing plan downgrade, and a broken CSV export — with one already open and mid-thread. When I ask for a suggested reply, show a brief working state and then drop in an editable draft that's visibly grounded in specific knowledge-base articles I can click through to, with clear Insert, Edit, and Dismiss actions, plus a row of canned-response macro chips I can drop into the reply box myself. Sending a reply or inserting a draft should confirm with a small toast. Please never mention or hint at which AI model is behind the suggestions — keep that generic.
