Growth Agent, step by step

From your website to a published post — every button named, in the order you’ll meet it. One rule holds everywhere: drafts wait for your approval; nothing publishes without you.

1.Today

See what needs your attention right now and get pointed to your next action.

  1. 1

Open the Growth Agent workspace. You land on the Today tab.

  2. 2

If you chose a goal during setup, you’ll see “Your first three steps” — a numbered plan. Click step 1.

  3. 3

No goal chosen? Click the “Start creating” button on the Quick start card.

  4. 4

Never saved your business details? Click the “Set brand” chip first.

Tip: Everything you make waits for your approval — the plan’s middle step is always “Review & approve”.

2.Brand Kit

Teach the tool who your business is, so everything it writes sounds like you.

  1. 1

In the left sidebar, click “Brand Kit”.

  2. 2

Type your website or store address into the box and click “Fetch my brand”.

  3. 3

Wait while it reads your site — then review every filled field and correct anything.

  4. 4

Click “Save brand profile”. It confirms with “Brand saved”.

  5. 5

Pick what you want more of first: “Sales & ads”, “Content & social”, or “Launch media”.

Tip: Nothing saves until you press Save — the fetch only proposes.

3.Create

Describe what you want to promote and get ready-to-review drafts made for you.

  1. 1

In the sidebar, click “Create”. The heading asks “What do you want to promote?”

  2. 2

Check the “Source context” line — it should say your business. If not, click “Change” and pick “Your app or business”.

  3. 3

Describe your promotion in plain words: who it’s for, what you’re offering, where you want to post.

  4. 4

Pick formats with the pills (“Social post”, “Carousel”, “Video reel”…). Defaults are fine the first time.

  5. 5

Click “Create drafts”. When it finishes, your drafts are waiting in the Queue.

Tip: The “Draft plan” panel on the right shows exactly what will be created before you press the button.

4.Queue (Drafts)

Check each draft, fix anything missing, approve it, then schedule or publish.

  1. 1

In the sidebar, click “Queue”. Click “Needs action” to see what’s waiting on you.

  2. 2

Click any draft. The status card above tells you the exact next step.

  3. 3

If it says media is missing, click “Open media builder” (or “Generate all missing images” to fix every draft at once).

  4. 4

Edit the text if you like, then click “Approve draft”. Hover the button if it’s greyed out — it lists what’s missing.

  5. 5

Schedule with a date and time, or use “Publish Now” — press and HOLD the confirm button. The hold is a safety step.

  6. 6

No channel connected? Use “Copy”, post manually, then click “Mark as Posted” so your calendar stays right.

Tip: “Fix flagged wording” means our safety check found phrasing to adjust — edit and approve again.

5.Channels

Link your social accounts once, so publishing is one click after you approve.

  1. 1

On Today, click the “Connect channels” chip (or find Channels under “Show all” → Analytics).

  2. 2

Read the reassurance: “Connecting never publishes anything.”

  3. 3

On your network’s card, click “What you’ll need” to see the short requirements.

  4. 4

Click “Connect X” (or Facebook + Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and approve in the window that opens.

  5. 5

The badge turns “Healthy”. If it later says “Expired”, click “Reconnect”.

6.Campaigns (optional, later)

Save a reusable brief for one promotion — a sale, a launch — so several drafts stay consistent.

  1. 1

Click “Create”, then the “Campaigns” sub-tab.

  2. 2

Click “New Campaign”, give it a title, pick channels, add talking points one per line.

  3. 3

Selling a physical item? Click “Add physical product” and describe it.

  4. 4

Click “Create Campaign”, then “Use in Create” to load it into the Create tab.

Tip: Skip this on day one — it shines when you run your second promotion.
